Our cosy appartments offer space for up to eight people – ideal for small and large families. All appartments have at least one separate bedroom and a fully equipped kitchenette. You can decide whether you want to cater for yourself or enjoy our breakfast. Children up to the age of 5 stay with us free of charge. After an active day, you can enjoy shared rituals here – from games evenings at the large dining table to breakfast on your own balcony with a view of the countryside.
Baby-friendly & relaxed arrival
Extensive baby equipment is available for families with small children: we are happy to provide baby cots, high chairs, changing mats, bottle warmers and baby monitors – please let us know your requirements when booking. This means you can travel light and know that your little ones are well looked after. On request, our team can also help you organise babysitting – for a few hours of undisturbed time together.

For our little guests aged 8 months and older, Bibi's Nappy League is available in the neighbouring sister village of SCHÖNLEITN: loving care in a protected atmosphere (please book in advance). Children aged 3 to 11 will experience unforgettable holidays at Bibi's Kids' Club – with bread on a stick around the campfire, outdoor games, crafts, painting, children's disco and much more. Five days a week and during the holiday periods, our professional team ensures that children's eyes light up and that there is plenty of space for discovery. For parents, this means relaxing hours during which you can simply be holidaymakers.
Teenagers welcome: the Mountainsplash youth club
Young people aged between 12 and 17 will also find plenty to keep them entertained at the SEELEITN hotel village. In summer, our youth guide organises a varied programme – with musical workshops, sports, excursions, canoe trips, overnight stays in cabins or simply relaxing by the lake. The free Mountainsplash bus takes the youngsters safely and flexibly to exciting destinations in the surrounding area. This allows teenagers to enjoy their freedom while parents know that their children are in good hands.

Whether travelling as a family or individually, there are many activities to enjoy around the SEELEITN hotel village: easy hiking trails for little explorers, playgrounds right in the village and a colourful programme of shared experiences. In the evening, everyone gathers around the family campfire or in the village square to talk about the day's adventures. Those who venture a little further can explore the Dreiländereck region with a hiking guide or on their own – including trips to Italy or Slovenia. The hikes and excursions in our weekly programme are also perfect for families with children.

At the Dorfwirt SEELEITN , you can enjoy regional cuisine in a cosy, informal atmosphere – perfect for families. Typical of Carinthia is the lively tavern culture, which is also evident here: the food is fresh, seasonal and cooked with a love for the Alpe-Adria region. Those who prefer to cook for themselves will find shopping facilities nearby and can use the fully equipped kitchenette in the appartment – so you can enjoy complete freedom and flexibility. Particularly pleasant for families: the Dorfwirt responds to the needs of younger guests in an uncomplicated and warm-hearted manner.
