Cosy flats right by the lake
You will feel at home in your flat in the hotel village SEELEITN from the very first moment. The furnishings are rustic and cosy. In each Carinthian farmhouse there are between three and four flats, divided between the ground floor and the upper floor. Each flat has a functional kitchenette, a living room with dining area and sitting area with comfortable sofa bed, which can be converted into a sofa bed in a few simple steps.
Accommodation with comprehensive facilities
The kitchens in the flats are fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. We provide cooking utensils and crockery as well as table and bed linen, hand and bath towels. The bathrooms are equipped with WC, shower and hairdryer. Each flat also has cable or satellite TV and radio, a telephone and a room safe. WLAN hotspots are available throughout the hotel village.
Plenty of space for couples, families and groups
We recommend our Freisamkeit flat for singles and couples, the Südsee or Bergeweise flat for families of up to four or six people and the Sommerfrische flat for groups of up to eight people. On request, we are also happy to provide you with free baby equipment, from cots and high chairs to changing mats, baby monitors and baby bath tubs. Please book in advance.
Choose your accommodation and catering
The prices in our flats are per person/night based on double occupancy. You can spend your holiday as a self-caterer, book breakfast or visit us in our restaurant for an à la carte dinner. Children up to the age of 5 are welcome when booking with catering.

Right next to our hotel village SEELEITN is our newest family member - the Chalet AM SEE . A tiny house made of solid wood, designed by WOOD CUBE, directly on Lake Faak with its own lake access and private sauna. 2 separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen-living room and 2 separate bathrooms with shower & WC offer enough space for up to 4 people and guarantee a holiday that will be remembered for a long time to come.
