There is plenty for families with children to discover around the hotel village SEELEITN. For example, set off in search of Frieda the goose on the fox trail, which starts directly in front of our sister village SCHÖNLEITN and leads to Lake Aichwald. Or follow Anna and Anton barefoot through the dragon forest of the dragon Woroun . The matching puzzle booklets with exciting tasks for young and old are available directly at reception in the hotel village.
Climbing and archery on the Taborhöhe
Right next to the hotel village SEELEITN is the path that leads directly to the Tabor, where an extraordinary view of Lake Faak awaits you. Here you will find a forest rope park as well as an archery area. Let the professionals on site explain to you what a ‘flying fox’ is and how to find your way around the high ropes course, and then treat yourself to a hearty snack. Definitely fun for the whole family.
Family excursion destinations around Lake Ossiach
Lake Ossiach, one of the largest lakes in Carinthia, can be reached from the hotel village SEELEITN in approx. 15 minutes by car. The region around the lake offers numerous excursion destinations for the whole family, e.g. hikes on the Gerlitzen Alpe, the climbing forest on Lake Ossiach, the Finsterbach waterfalls or the Burgherrenrunde. A visit to the monkey mountain or the eagle flight show at the Landskron castle ruins are also always worth a trip.
